WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congressman Vince Fong (CA-20) voted to pass the Senate Amendment to H.R. 1, the “One Big Beautiful Bill Act.” This legislation delivers for the Central Valley by preventing the largest tax increase in American history, supporting our farmers and small businesses, and ensuring the sustainability of our government’s fiscal future.

Congressman Vince Fong (CA-20), in partnership with state and community leaders, secured critical funding for the State Route 99 Tulare Six-Lane Widening and Paige Avenue Interchange Improvement Project. Thanks to his advocacy, the U.S. Department of Transportation unlocked $98.04 million in federal Infrastructure for Rebuilding America (INFRA) funding and the California Transportation Commission (CTC) approved $62.67 million in competitive funding from the Trade Corridor Enhancement Program to advance this transformative development.
